Reviews are weak evidence in this trade — the outcome is buried underground and takes years to reveal itself. These are stronger signals.
- They measured something, and gave you the measurements.
- They walked the exterior before proposing an interior system.
- They explained the cause, not just the product.
- They named the alternatives they ruled out, and why.
- They put the depth assumption and per-foot adder in writing.
- They were comfortable with you involving an independent engineer.
- The warranty is specific, written, and transferable.
- They told you when something did not need repairing.
